Eco-conscious manufacturing starts with material choices — sourcing engineered wood and metal responsibly, and designing products to last rather than to be replaced.
Finishing processes matter too. A powder coating process plant produces far less volatile emission than traditional wet paint for equivalent durability, and is one reason we run powder coating alongside our paint booth rather than relying on paint alone.
Turnkey manufacturing — handling cutting, bending, welding, finishing and logistics in-house — also reduces the transport footprint that comes from shipping half-finished components between multiple vendors.
None of this replaces the fundamentals of good design, but it does mean that a well-run fabrication facility can meet demanding project timelines and reduce environmental impact at the same time.
